Shephatiah Harvey is founder and CEO of TC Productions, South Jersey’s Premiere Video Production Company, est. 1998. TC Productions evolved from Mr. Harvey’s early mastery of music and his pro audio capabilities using of state of the art multimedia and digital equipment. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Penn State University and he commits his many talents to each project and we are conveniently located in the tri-state area, minutes from Philadelphia and an hour and a half from New York City.

We begin each assignment with an evaluation of the client’s specific needs with the understanding that each customer is unique. Our goal is to provide to you capable direction, quality imaging, and distinctive graphics and sound for a final project with maximum impact.
