The setup is a combo vacation cottage/ISDN VO Studio available for rental.
There is nothing else like this on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I know a lot of VO talent that hesitate to take time off because they might lose work. This was they can have a vacation at the beach and still be available
for work right out of the cottage.
