She possesses knowledge and skills in Production Design, Art Direction, Set Design and Construction, Set Decoration, Styling and Photography. Sandra brings 17 years of experience including Project Management of Commercial and Residential property, Design Consulting, Custom Home Design, Full Home Construction and Interior Design/Decorating as well as the ability for Full Drafting services including photo realistic renderings.

With ArchiCAD I am able to produce full set solutions from computer rendered presentation sketches to full set design scale drawings (including, but not limited to: a floor plan, elevation, and section of the complete set as well as several more detailed drawings of individual scenic elements) using a 3D drafting program called ArchiCAD as well as research props, textures, etc.

ArchiCAD® offers a different approach to your workflow process, which gives you more control over your design, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in documentation. While you raise walls, lay floors, add doors and windows, build stairs and construct roofs this Building Information Authoring Tool creates a central database of 3D model data. From this you can extract all the information needed to completely describe your design - complete plans, sections and elevations, architectural and construction details, Bills of Quantities window/door/finish schedules, renderings, animations and virtual reality scenes.

The most comprehensive architectural tool available because you can see not only the functional arrangement and the site plan, but also how it feels to walk through the space, or how sunlight affects a particular room at different times of the day.
