BILL BLAKE is an Actor, Special Effects Makeup Artist, a SPFX Artist/Technician, and an Inventor/Engineer/Innovator, who began his [now] over 40-year career in 1968, at the age of 16, with personal encouragement, guidance, coaching, teaching and mentoring from the legendary JOHN CHAMBERS, Special Academy Award Recipient for the original "Planet of the Apes" - and of "Star Trek", "The Outer Limits", "Lost in Space", "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", "Night Gallery" fame - amongst numerous other productions.
Bill worked in Live Theater and Video-Taped & Live Television Production on the East Coast for those first few years (in the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley/Tri-State area - this included his contributions to the very popular, award-winning "The Gene London Show", [aired on WCAU-TV, Channel 10] in 1971 & '72), prior-to coming to California in 1973 to pursue work in the Hollywood Film, Television, and Live Entertainment Industries.
