Barbie's Q Mobile Catering Service Serves up Authentic, Slow-Smoked Southern Style BBQ, including Pulled Pork, Barbecued Beef, Smoked Chicken, Tangy Slaw, Caramelized BBQ Beans, Cheddar Mac n' Cheese, Red Potato/Mustard Potato Salad and anything else you may request when possible.
We roll up to your production site with a friendly face and can serve up to 250 people happily in 1 1/2 hours.
