Sasparilla Studios is a production company based in the Dallas, TX area. We specialize in Digital Media such as Web Development & Graphic Design, HD Video Production, & Music/Audio Production. Our number one goal, no matter the project, is Integrity wrapped in Creativity. At Sasparilla Studios we believe that in order for success to occur between us and our clients, the standard old process of "Selling It" must be completely destroyed, then re-thoughtout for each individual customer. It seems obvious that as the paradigm shifts in economy, businesses & individual people, so must the approach of advertising and the product itself.
While there are some definite basics that cannot be ignored or overlooked on the subject of advertising, production, marketing, creativity, and clientele relationships, it comes down to this: People Matter! (No offense to car salesmen), but people aren't stupid and they want to be told the truth. Which leads to our motto, "KEEP IT SIMPLE, KEEP IT TRUE, DON'T BE STUPID".

Inotropic Infusion-Patient Training DVD: Clip 2

This is the first of several clips I have posted from a recent project with a nation-wide medical company that specializes in many different areas of the medical field. This part of the company (Home Infusion Pharmacy) needed a training DVD for in-home patients who are on life-sustaining, Inotropic Infusion (I.V.) Therapies. Most of the patients are waiting on heart transplants, while others are on similar medications who would also benefit from the extra "round-the-clock" care. After collaborating ideas on what would be the best media delivery for most patients, while also abiding in the strict legal boundaries of such a specific medical project, Sasparilla Studios was able to assist them in the making of their first Patient DVD Training Guide. This DVD not only helps the patients with any further questions they may have after their initial face-to-face counseling, but is also a time & cost saving endeavor for the company as a whole. Over all, the project turned out as a win-win situation for our client and their deserving patients.
Equipment / Gear / Software
Adobe CS4 Design Suite software. A long list of Studio/Video/Live microphones. All Mac Computers. Sony HD, & also Panasonic HD camcorders when needed. Green screen for compositing and other video effects. 150ft audio snake, and wireless audio when appropriate. Small but well designed recording studio for music & other audio production. Cubase and other recording & editing software.
