Kath Sherman has over 20 years of experience working in advertising agencies. She has been described by Ken Barnes/VP of Production from one of the largest ad agencies in the bay area, "Kathryn's ability to see the big picture and to see it from all angles is a huge asset. But even more important is her approach. She has that "proactive" attitude which is essential to be a productive employee in any field."

She was hired by an advertising agency while still in college, sketching dresses and studying fashion merchandising. Possessing a strong team and work ethic she has provided advertising agencies with a hybrid of talents.  Her career began as a production assistant and she was promoted consistently throughout her career.

Her background in production gives her various content management tools that work for processing the rapid flow of content.  Although her dual skills may appear to contrast, they provide her with clear snapshots of content. It is her content management techniques and skills, coupled with an early career path deep in the tasks of executing creative ideation, that make her an asset.
