Description

I am a music major in my fourth year, studying composition and music technology. My specialties are in classical concert music, film music scoring, and songwriting. As of yet, I have composed several pieces for voice and choir, as well as concert band, and electronic instruments. I have written over 1300 songs, most of which await publishing. I have also recently found interest in educational composing and arranging, for all instruments and vocal types. I am also interested in transcribing the songs of today’s pop music scene. I have been playing piano since the age of two. I have had the privilege of studying jazz piano for 2 years. I have performed some of my songs at local open mic nights. My original song “Fire In My Soul” has to be the highlight of those performances. My piece for concert band, “Mary” won a local composition competition, and I am in the process of composing for a California high school festival in Visalia.I have composed music for the film “Before It Happens” that was presented at the Sun Dance Film Festival in Los Angeles. I am also in the process of recording two of my songs for an upcoming album project. I'm looking to work with publishing companies and other organizations that need music, from jingles to full songs--I will take on any project.
