I am dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic and have over 120 years of experience working in various capacities in film,television, and theatre, and have well over 10 years of experience in managerial/organizational education and arts-related programming for youth and adults from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. I am an experienced, masters-prepared manager, artist, leader and collaborator who functions efficiently and effectively in high and low-stress environments alike. I have a passion for and am committed to creating and cultivating supportive work and learning environments that inspire and cultivate the growth of everyone involved whether colleague, supervisor, subordinate, or participant. I work well both independently and collaboratively to develop innovative projects, productions, solutions, infrastructure/procedures and strategies; and am a dependable and creative motivator who seeks to and maintains strong working relationships and achieves consistently positive results in serving the local
