Description
Our mission is to provide you a space that is both professional and comfortable, where you and your fellow artist’s feel confident in pursuing either your work or play. You can rent the studio by the day, week, month, or hour!
In the studio we have over 1,600 square feet of usable studio floor space. In the studio there is an 18'6" x 15'6" Green Screen Cyc and a 6' deep, 22'6" wide, 15'6" tall Cove Cyc. There is drive in access for load in load out.
Adjoining the studio we also have an 850 square foot shop ready to build sets, props, and fun things of all shapes and sizes. From $100 to $100,000, whatever your budget we will help you try and find a way!

•Everything is negotiable! We will work with any budget and help you to achieve your desired results. The lower the impact on the space (rehearsals, castings, auditions, meetings, ect.) the lower the cost.
•Film, video, and photo light packages, grip packages including dolly, track, jib arm, etc., available for rent as well!
•The Last Minute Hook Up
If the space isn’t booked you can rent it at %40 OFF within 24hrs!

Attached to our studio we have a full service woodworking shop, equipped to design and build any type of set or specialty prop.
•Events, Theater and Dance
Through WSNYC we can provide all the services you need to produce a great event of any kind, shape, or size. From corporate functions to dance and theatre performances, we can coordinate everything you might need. Including catering, lights, sound, and entertainment or simply provide an empty clean space for you to fill how you choose. Its up to you!
