For over 10 years I have been following my dreams and my passions – using moving pictures to tell stories. Story should drive the creative process – from the writing and pre-production to the selection of the technology used in creating and delivering the final product. As a cinematographer and editor I bring a passion for the story to your project. That passion drives me to deliver the absolute best I can for your project, whether big or small.

Starting with the addition of manual exposure control on the Canon 5D MKII in 2009, I began experimenting and specializing in HD DSLR production. This new breed of camera allows productions of any size or budget to have image quality approaching that of traditional 35mm film. Since that time the video technology landscape has been in constant flux. I have stayed at the forefront of this new wave of cine-technology, making sure to find the right tools to create the images best suited for each story. Currently I primarily shoot on the Sony NEX-FS100, though I am well versed in other cameras and workflows.

Once these images are captured the process of weaving your story together continues in the edit bay. There I can offer full video and audio editing as well as motion graphics and compositing services. I am skilled in the use of Final Cut Studio, AVID, Adobe CS 6 suite of software (to include After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and the use of both Apple Color and DaVinci Resolve for color correction.

I am currently employed by Pantego Bible Church as their Media Director, but I am available for contract work. Please contact me to inquire about rates, which are dependent upon the project specifications and the kit needed.
