We love what we do and we love our crews!! Who are we? ... A knowledgeable and skillful team of craft service professionals with over 10 years experience working in Feature films, televisions, commercials and video shoots. We offer a wide variety of teas, coffee, juices, milks, fresh fruit, breads, smoked salmon, cereals, pastries, etc. for breakfast; an array of fresh meats and cheeses, salads, veggies, etc. for lunch --- and, of course, a variety of snacks, nuts, chips, candy, cookies, soft drinks and water offered all day. Also, working closely with the AD's and situation permitting --- we offer platters which can include both hot and cold items such as soups, finger foods, crudite, sandwiches, mexican, chinese, pizza, etc. We enjoy catering to every crew member as an individual and provide an array of vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as organic items, sugar and or gluten free, etc. We pride ourselves on our service and our vast variety of foods and we try to please everyone as best we can.
Regardless of the crew size and budget, we offer the promise of the best craft service possible --- We always shop at higher end supermarkets, bakeries, Costco, Trader Joe’s, etc. which saves the production countless dollars and provides you with the best quality and abundance of food possible --- and we’re always under budget!
As has been the recent trend in film & TV production, we are capable and willing to go ‘green’ and prefer using recyclable products and look forward to ways to cut down on plastic waste, etc.
