I have 25 years experience as both manager and technician in a post production environment and have been a photographer for more than 34 years.

My most recent experience was that of Digital artist performing motion picture restoration (DRS) which involves frame by frame retouching based on adjacent frame sampling and also utilizing paint, warp and other image manipulations. My 5 year experience performing this - numbers in millions of frames. My expertize in retouching is to give a natural, non-edited look even though some of the manipulations can be quite heavy.

I have extensive knowledge of photography, cinematography, photo/video editing, all aspects of still and video based digital imaging, digital asset management, video compression, video restoration, File based QC, film element handling and I have an exceptional eye for color and overall "correctness" of image.

My former position was that of Director of film based technologies, in charge of hi-resolution 35mm/65mm motion picture scanning for digital restoration and mastering for Blu-Ray release. My remastering work has received rave reviews from critics and public viewers alike on the following titles as example: Patton, Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang, West Side Story, Cleopatra, The Longest Day, The Agony and the Ecstasy, Touch of Evil, Aliens, Boys Don't Cry and The English Patient.
