Our popular gourmet food truck, The Red Koi, uses only the freshest ingredients to serve up unique, creative Asian fare on-the-go. We provide our customers with some of our signature dishes such a Pad Thai, Bangkok Shrimp Tacos, Dragon Roll, or indulge in a sweet Wontonamera fix.
