Originally from Houston, Texas I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my passion for filmmaking and photography. I completed a B.F.A. at Columbia College Hollywood where I studied Directing and Cinematography, as well as writing. While there I received an award and scholarship from AMPAS for my work as an intern at Empera Pictures. While interning it was my duty to spearhead a viral marketing campaign, helped organize a premiere for the film, created flyers and banners, edited set photos for publication and perform general office duties. I have worked in many different capacities on sets for commercials, music videos, films and web videos. My experience has made me a well-rounded, team player.
