The Art Residence is a fully furnished and propped boutique photo studio for hire in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our studio maintains a subtle yet high profile reputation by offering an exclusive and comfortable environment providing all the amenities necessary to fulfill the diverse needs of our distinguished clientele. Nestled away in a secluded hillside area, this property has been completely re-invented and totally transformed into a gallery studio space. We cater to the needs of photographers, designers, advertising agencies, television, and film production companies seeking a unique facility.

This location has over 3500 square feet of fully propped and furnished space with modern clean lines. The tasteful interior is exceptionally decorated and furnished with Mid-Century Modern classics and one of a kind collector pieces. Our tropical garden area has over 10000 square feet of outdoor shooting space, which includes a well manicured Japanese garden, a beautiful swimming pool and two private guest lounges for the client's production needs. We have numerous props on set, including a collection of vintage vehicles and a classic 1959 fully restored Airstream Trailer. There is a full production size kitchen with top of the line Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf range, and Miele appliances. Our flexible surroundings and designer furnishing along with vast and varied shooting areas offers a diversity of backgrounds for creative professionals. Every piece of collector art and furnishing has it's own story and personality.
