Responsibilities include; Daily operation of Tandberg/Crestron, Polycom, Codian ISDN/IP and AMX VTC equipment. Support attorneys/clients with any A/V Technical request, maintain and trouble shoot equipment when needed. Set up webinar and web casting meeting. Coordinate the operation of A/V equipment required for video and slide presentations. Responsibilities included; water treatment service for boilers, chillers and water towers at various properties throughout MD, DC and Virginia. Responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring machinery was dispensing adequate amounts of chemical. Troubleshoot, repair and replace any damage equipment. Provide support to the engineers regarding the water treatment program by responding to concerns or investigating work orders.

Smithsonian Institution, (PT Audio Visual Operator) 08/05 - 12/06
Responsibilities included; set ups and removal of equipment for meetings and concert events. Technical support included operation of various equipment such as microphones, mixers, VCR and DVD players. Other duties included operating LCD projectors for power point or video presentations.

Horne Engineering Services, (Sampling Technician) 04/05 - 04/06
Responsibilities included; monitoring the presence of biological warfare agents in various government facilities. I trained new employees in conducting laboratory processing which included the safe handling of potentially contaminated specimens; field testing of the specimens also ensured the proper chain of custody. Administrative duties included preparing documentation for the specimens during their transmittal to the laboratories.

Primary duties included providing audio/visual set up and support for various events and seminars. I was responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Prepared billing for accounts receivable.
