My primary focus is sound design, but I have experience in recording and editing audio as well.
My professional goal is to become a successful sound designer for motion-picture film, and possibly even theatre. I can bring you creative and innovative ideas for the use of audio. I continually strive to find new and revolutionary ways of using audio to enhance the experience of an audience. I have gained a great deal of experience in sound design working with the Central Michigan University Theatre Program while attending Central Michigan University as a student. I have been labeled as the “go-to guy” for sound in the theatre program and have been recognized by the American Collegiate Theatre Festival for work I have done. I have helped with the hanging of lights and conducting tests to check for focus and dark spots. Also, I helped strike sets, and assisted with load-in’s on several occasions. Working with the slam poetry team here at Central Michigan University, I have gained experience in putting on a live event using sound equipment, ensuring adequate sound levels for all listeners in attendance. While in school, I produced and created a full length radio documentary about slam poetry and received a First Place award from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters for my effort.

I possess exceptional skills in meeting deadlines, and creating work that exceeds expectations. I mesh well into just about every environment I encounter, and have established positive relationships at every workplace I have been a part of. I give my best effort with every project I take on, and have a “refuse to give up” attitude. I have quality leadership skills, and follow directions with the finest of detail.
