Choosing me as your Director/ Editor is an investment in success. Your projects will always be completed on time and under budget with the utmost care for creative quality. I am an enthusiastic and passionate filmmaker with over nine years of experience in: directing, camera operation, lighting, and Final Cut Pro editing. I have extensive knowledge in every phase of production; from pre-production to post, I understand each and every position involved to create a finished video.

I was taught the correct way of the craft through 16mm and 35mm film training, but with ever changing technology combined with the recession, I have evolved into an HD video maker that can handle any size project for any size budget. I have transitioned my film skills into the HD world by mastering cameras like RED and HDSLR, and continue to keep up with the newest technology. Editing excites me and I get so involved with my projects that it’s not uncommon to find me in my office editing for 14 hours straight. I can edit in Avid, but excel at Final Cut Pro and always put my heart and soul into every project I work on.

I graduated from the Academy of Art University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Motion Pictures and Television with an emphasis on Directing, and won two Golden Buddha awards for Best Picture and Best Editing. I have professional experience in a variety of positions that showcase my wide range of talents. I have worked as a Camera Operator and Assistant Editor at CBS, and taught Final Cut Pro editing to children ages 9-11 at the AAACC in San Francisco.

I have worked in Los Angeles on high caliber music videos as an Assistant Director and On-Set Photographer with artists such as: Ice Cube, the Oscar award winning group Three Six Mafia, and Grammy award winner The Dream. I have recently been working with Brite Mic Entertainment as their sole video maker for music videos, TV shows, and electronic press kits. I have experienced the demands of Hollywood and the importance of completing projects on time and under budget. I have owned and operated Si Films since 2002, which is my video production business. I enjoy filmmaking and working with clients and my first priority is to ensure their complete satisfaction and provide everyone with a first class product.
