my name is Ishmel Muhammad I have been actively working in the film and television industry for 9 years.

Assistant Directing for me is not about barking at a crew, it's about communication and strategy.
  As a strong A.D., big budget or micro budget, I stand in the eye of the storm of a production with my focus on real solutions and supporting the coverage of story, not the production problems that inevitably occur.  I understand the creative process and the many nuances of production.  
I have been known to turn the most sour production situations into lemonade by bringing my focused, optimistic, cool and calm demeanor. 

Provided prep time I can breakdown scripts in its entirety,  prepare day out of days for each department plus talent, location reports, prop reports shooting schedule and shot list.
