I have been working in the Production/Post production industry for the past 3 years. I have a great passion for the entertainment industry. I want to become an expert in this industry. While working at ABC Studios, it opened up a door of knowledge of the studio and network workflows. I supported the head of the studio by running her office. I performed all the administrative duties, as of: answering phones; setting up meetings; prepare agendas; manage her calendar; update weekly status reports of the shows and pilots; prepare expense reports; compile memos, emails and letters for distribution. I also coordinated the different duties during the process of production and post production for the shows and pilots by using my multitasking, time management and organizational skills. I effectively drafted deal memos; start up paper work; created and customize the studio distribution lists, post grids and post calendars; communicate with the shows to ensure proper delivery of dailies, rough cuts and finals; liaison between Post Producers, Post Supervisor, Post Coordinator, Studio personnel and senior management.
I gained immense experience on the cable side area with Disney Channel and ABC Family. I was the main contact for the department of post production between production, accounting, unions, editors, executive producers, directors, talent representation, post production vendors and studio management. Under Disney Channel and ABC Family banner, I got to work in several Original movies at once that premiered on Television. I successfully prioritize between tasks, as of: scheduling and supervision of ADR; prepare and log purchase orders; schedule dub orders; research and purchase of stock footage and other administrative duties. I used my leadership skills by supervising and training our post production assistants.
I have a great background and customer service. One of my first jobs going through college was a customer service job. I love to interact with people, build friendships and work as a team.
I have drive and determination to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. I am dedicated to my job to meet the company goals. I work better under pressure. I am self starter. I have implemented better ways to perform work by saving time and getting our projects submitted before deadlines. I am team player. My energetic personality and positive attitude makes people like to work with me.
