This 16 acre lot offers 12 state-of-the-art Sound Stages ranging in size from 5,000 to 19,000 Sq.ft.
All of which are supported by HD Control Rooms equipped with multi-format switchers and digital mixing consoles.


Hollywood Center Studios also offers several special-use shooting spaces including a 4,400 ft 2 dedicated Green Screen stage and a Virtual Set stage. Production offices, dressing rooms, rehearsal space, storage and many other support services are available on the lot. Hollywood Center Studios has a rich and colorful history that mirrors the development of the entertainment industry. Since its founding in 1919, the lot has played host to some of the most memorable film and television productions of all time, from some of the first “talkies” to classic sit coms of the 1950s and 60s, such as I Love Lucy, The Beverly Hillbillies and Mr. Ed. Today, producers such as Disney, NBC and MTV continue to make history on the lot every day.
