The "15 Minutes of Fame" film festival is "a truly independent festival, for truly independent filmmakers". It is sponsored by husband-and-wife filmmakers, Ray and Migdalia Etheridge, who founded the festival in 2009. Their festival has succeeded where others have failed by "keeping it simple". NO FRILLS...JUST FILMS.
