There is an abundance of work in the Philadelphia market for cable TV, podcasts, commercials, industrial films, and much more! 70% of the work here is for Hosting and Spokesperson roles. Why not tap into it by possessing the skills to host your own TV segment or promote a product/service?

About the Instructor
Janet Zappala has been in the television news and hosting business for over 25 years, working in markets across the country, including Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Denver, and San Diego. She has covered everything from 9/11 to conducting one on one interviews with presidents and celebrities. Her work has garnered her 6 Emmy awards, as well as 13 emmy nominations, a Los Angeles Golden Mike Award, and a First-Place Associated Press Award.

Janet also appears each fall and winter on QVC as the on-air talent for Weatherproof boots. She penned her first cookbook in 2010, and currently hosts a series of health & lifestyle webisodes on 20 different on-line venues.
