As part of the British Invasion Tour, AbelCine has partnered with Geoff Boyle to present, RAW Formats, Shooting, Workflow and Post. From acquisition to on-set media management to post processes, this two-day workshop is for anyone interested in RAW workflow. We will cover all RAW camera systems on the market today, including but not limited to, Arri ALEXA, Canon C500, Sony F65, and the Red EPIC. Post systems include SpeedGrade, Resolve, RedCineX and more.

Part lecture style and part hands-on, this class covers a basic understanding of RAW formats, the difference between Looks and LUTs, and an overview of rushes and approaches to shooting and finishing in post. For the hands-on portion, we will shoot our own sequences and demonstrate look generation and grading with the footage that we shoot in class. AbelCine Experts will also join the workshop with presentation on a variety of related topics and camera demonstrations. Students are ask to bring a laptop and portable storage to the class. Everyone will leave with Raw footage to test.
