Adobe After Effects is the industry standard when it comes to digital motion graphic and compositing, boasting a rich feature set and tools graded for use in professional post production. This three-day, hands-on course teaches students basic graphical functions while becoming familiar with the program’s interface and workflow.

At our Adobe authorized training center located in New York City, you’ll be equipped with a computer preloaded with the necessary software for the course, as well as all applicable course materials.

Learn the essentials of this powerful application using real-world media to animate, add effects to and enhance existing footage using the program. This course covers topics like basic animation and effects, presets, text animation, keying, basic 3D, and rendering and output, as well as:
• Navigating and using the After Effects interface
• Basic animation techniques using effects and presets
• Creating shape layers and using masks
• Animating text and creating custom shapes
• Color correction and adjusting color balance
• Replacing the background
• Creating templates for rendering and output modules
