1. What methods and sites work best for you in reaching ideal future crew members / production professionals?
   ProductionHUB's Request Engine has always been a very good source for us in finding crews.
2. What are some tips for future employees to set themselves apart from the competition when applying to your positions?
   When replying to our posts it is very important that you provide a list of previous jobs and also a demo reel. Your demo is your resume – you should be sending it every time.
3. Typical common mistakes you see when people trying to land a gig with your company?
   They don't send a demo reel. Also, their expectations for payment are way beyond what a typical crew would make in a half or full day.
4. Any other words of wisdom on what you look for in crew members?
   Follow our directions. We have specific guidelines for our crews – from lighting to mics, to handhelds, to writing down time-codes.
   
   We provide the crews with these guidelines in advance of the shoot so they are well prepared for what we are looking for. Most of time, crews don't follow these directions. It only takes one bad shoot to make us not want to work with you again.
