DPA Microphones is delighted to have played a key part in capturing the sound for this high octane movie. Award-winning Production Sound Mixer Ben Osmo chose the company's d:screet™ 4063 Miniature Microphones with low sensitivity and low voltage to record dialogue during the shooting of action scenes that involved fast, furious and bumpy chases across the Namibian desert. He also used DPA d:screet 4062 Miniature Microphones with extra low sensitivity for cabled recordings of various vehicles, and these were held firm inside each vehicle by DPA magnet mounts.

Stuck On On Takes Sizeable Post Challenges of "Boyhood" w/ SCRATCH
Parke Gregg, co-founder and chief colorist at Stuck On On, met Richard Linklater while doing the challenging post-production for the "Slacker" tribute that was sponsored by the Austin Film Society, of which Linklater is the founder. The two later connected when Parke did the full post and DI for "Up to Speed" episodes that ran on Hulu, followed by Linklater’s highly acclaimed feature film, "Before Midnight." Most recently Parke did the full post-production and DI for Linklater’s latest film, "Boyhood."

Nehemiah Records is an international indie record label committed to giving a voice to the voiceless. Nehemiah Records was established by Steph Leigh Limage while she was filming a feature documentary in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. During her adventures she wound up in the projects of Port Au Prince producing beats with artists who were living in tent cities after the earthquake.
