We’re seeking an experienced candidate to help lead advertising based audio content through RainMaker Studios. Our ideal person has experience in the advertising, post production and/or entertainment content space and knows how to effectively budget, plan, and book productions at multiple cost levels with superior client service, interpersonal and organizational skills. The role has two main parts.

Lead In-House Producer
Though not a technical role, the lead in-house producer will smoothly steer all inbound projects from first point of contact through completion/final deliverables. Assess scope of work, generate accurate estimates, field client needs and requests, coordinate remote studios, casting and booking talent as needed, field musical needs, prepare in-house team with content elements and client orders/expectations. Track with sound designers and follow projects daily through completion. Finalize reports for processing.
Expectation is that there is easily 20+ projects happening concurrently that Producer is easily bidding, scheduling and coordinating simultaneously.

Includes vendor & talent management.
Maintain contacts of remote studio vendors internationally, foster friendly relationships w/partner studios. Call/email holds and bookings, provide remotes w/relevant session elements. Stock Libraries, preparing and negotiating licensing products. Secure work invoices from vendor partners. Talent Management. Keep updating database of local talent and preferred talent agencies, maintain friendly relationships w/talent & agents. Negotiate fees call/email holds and bookings, provide w/ relevant session elements such as scripts and contracts. Secure contracts and work invoices from talent when needed. Knowledge of Union and Non-Union talent processes desirable.

Studio Manager/Cruise Director
Responsibilities include overall environment, brand management, studio vibe attitude & culture, top-level client services. Duties include everything from party planning to client services/meals handling, designing branding opportunities, sales attitude and sales encouraged with compensation structure for any new business development. Basic stocking of general provisions, oversees orderliness of studio facility.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years experience in an equivalent role, familiarity with post production workflow in the advertising or entertainment space, producing both traditional and digital content
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and enthusiasm in prospective and existing clients
• Proficiency with budgeting, coordinating and scheduling
• Must be hardworking and work well within a small team and with clients
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, detail oriented and resourceful
• Self motivated and takes initiative
• Articulate ideas clearly and concisely
• Working Quickbooks experience
• Contacts in advertising, film and post-production areas
• Sales experience, marketing experience and/or event management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Project management experience, including critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with both independent and collaborative work
