Event Video Production - Tampa, FL - 10/6

I'm looking for an estimate for event videography. I'm with the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame at the University of South Florida. We have our annual induction ceremony and gala on the evening of October 6, 2023 from 6pm -11pm for which we would need event videography services. We are looking for 2-3 cameras to mix with guests at reception for small interviews, and then record the full ceremony. We would ideally like the finished product to be edited down to an hour or hour and a half video complete with graphics, credits, music, etc. We would also request a 1:30 minute promo video of the event to put out on social media channels to be included in estimate.
