For 1.5 Day Conference
Our client has a large conference of 200-250 people on April 2nd-April 3rd 2025 in São Paulo and we are supporting them by organising the theme, design, entertainment and AV.
The client would like an LED wall, extra TVs / monitors so people further down the room can see, comfort monitor / preview monitor, a stage with a catwalk and carpeted, headset microphones, handheld microphones for asking the audience questions. I am sure there are other things we will need but you will know better than I the small cables, a clicker to change slides etc.
We would like the team to be on hand to help throughout the conference. The main day is April 2nd from 08:00-18:00 and then half a day on April 3rd from 09:00-13:00 approximately.
We would also like a videographer to create a video of the conference if this is something you can provide
