Our Creative team is looking for a Visual Interactive Designer to join us in taking Match’s online marketing campaigns to the next level.
You’ll conceptualize and develop direct response marketing campaigns for the Match Group portfolio of web and mobile brands including Match, Ourtime, BlackPeoplemeet, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, Match International, and more.
We’re a big brand that moves like a start-up – on average, we produce 250+ pieces of creative per week - so thriving in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects against tight deadlines is critical to success in this role.
What’s my day-to-day?
Provide design and execution for social media ads, landing pages, mobile banners, video, HTML banners, emails, site promotions, partner channels, and other site features/enhancements
Brainstorm and drive new creative development based on past results and analytics
Collaborate with product and marketing management teams to create iterative concepts
Problem-solve design issues effectively in a timely manner
Elevate the Match group brands through developing high-end Direct Response designs, adhering to brand guidelines
Experience / Skills
What skills is Match looking for?
2+ years relevant industry experience
Knowledge of After Effects, video editing, and compression
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Adobe creative suite
Experience with Direct Response marketing/designs a plus
Superb visual design skills; strong online portfolio showcasing breadth of work
Ability to take an abstract idea and build out to completion
Well organized and strong time management essential
Strong communication skills; receptive to constructive external feedback on design
