The position will liaison directly with senior business leaders across Fox Networks Group (FNG) to document and analyze specific business processes, challenges and workflows in order to present a cohesive action plan that addresses each business unit specific needs.

Additionally, the role will provide thought leadership to business units regarding the best solution and will challenge business leaders to use 21CF core technology when appropriate. They will be responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with the business partner to drive satisfaction with IT. Has direct responsibility and oversight for a team supporting business development Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of assigned personnel.

Conducts performance evaluations, takes corrective action as necessary, recommends promotions and salary actions, and recommends training and development for assigned personnel. Works closely with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to use technology to achieve the business unit’s objectives (i.e. grow revenue, increase profitability, improve cashflow, and satisfy clients) including improve business processes, and develop new service offerings, Excellent management skills. Strong organizational skills, collaborative skills, as well as innovative thinking skills.


Supervise a staff that documents business unit’s issues with current workflow and systems.
Provide a clear map of what the issues are and in order of priority and resources assigned.
Analyze key factors that are affecting productivity in any Business Unit.
Recommend a solution that will increase productivity and efficiency.
Assist in process of reevaluating current workflows in any Business Unit.
Design new workflow processes and presenting them to Senior Management.
Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Create a cohesive plan that addresses all stakeholders concerns.
Create a program plan for roll out of workflow and system changes.
Project Manager assigned, budget approved and plan initiated.
Manage ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT.
Senior management acknowledging progress, Business Unit working more effectively.
Recommend software, hardware and business processes based on description of current workflow and issues.
Initiate discussions with FNG development team regarding systems and possible customizations for optimal solution.
Decide on Project Manager.
Present budget for approved solutions to senior management.
Hire direct reports.

Experience / Skills


4-year degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration (or related field), MBA preferred and at least 10 years of experience managing a large team of business analysts preferably for a media or tech organization. Experience working in Film or TV production, Post Production and or at a major studio´s marketing department a plus.
Strong English skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
MS Office, Visio, Slack, Quip.
Advanced understanding of information technology and business concepts, familiarity with general business functions, problem solving and strong communication skills. PMI or Six Sigma experience (not necessarily certification) a plus.
