Neoscape is a pioneer in the world of visual storytelling, and we are looking for a film editor who can grow, inspire, and be inspired by our team and clients in a highly collaborative environment. The film editor is responsible for conceptualizing story ideas by assembling the final film as a sequence of shots from raw camera footage (green screen, aerial, b-roll), 3D animation, and / or time-lapse photography mixed with impactful sound effects and motion graphics. In this role, you will work closely with the creative and visualization directors, as well as the motion graphics team, on a variety of productions including short marketing films, 3D animation, lifestyle videography, documentaries, demo reels and commercials. The ideal candidate will have a knack for selecting the most effective shots in terms of drama, story relevance, and continuity, and understand the basics of telling a cohesive and complete story. You are an agile thinker, interested in all aspects of film production, with an intellectual curiosity and drive to create great work

Experience / Skills


• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite applications a big plus
• Minimum 5 years professional editing experience in a creative agency environment
• A general understanding of music and the ability to recommend tracks based on client needs
• Creative thinking with artistic instincts
• Passion for learning and keeping up to date with current trends in visual arts and post production
• Experience shooting and operating modern camera equipment (RED, Blackmagic, Sony & Canon dSLRs, other similar gear) in the field and on green screen sets a plus
• Demonstrated experience interpreting client objectives
• Excellent time management skills
• Degree in film or related program a plus
