Position Summar

As part of a team of Creative Directors, Art Directors and Designers, the Studio Designer with help execute creative for 360 campaigns including digital, social, video, print, e-commerce and mobile.

Principal Accountabilities

● Execute creative for 360 campaigns including digital, social, print, ecommerce and mobile.
● Adhere to schedules and deadlines, working with project management to prioritize tasks.
● Follow and maintain client-specific brand and typography standards
● Ensure all final work meets cretive and brand standards.
● Foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment. Inspires team morale and contribute to the overall company culture

Experience / Skills


Required Skills & Experience

Experience

● 3+ years of related industry experience, preferably agency or client direct
● Fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle experience preferred

Skills

● Understanding of branding, marketing and advertising, plus all things digital.
● Strong sense of visual style; strong layout, typography and graphics standards.
● Outstanding work ethic with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while
maintaining attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to process constructive feedback from senior team members.
● Strong interpersonal skills—must possess a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative,fast-paced agency environment with multidisciplinary teams.

Education

● Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or equivalent.
