The Video Motion Designer will be joining one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the industry. He/she will report into the Design Director and collaborate with the Video Team and other cross-functional teams to create high-end, engaging content for our social/digital platforms.

We want a multi-talented designer and visual story-teller with a passion for beauty and spreading the excitement of IT Cosmetics to a wider audience. The Candidate should have a portfolio that showcases their talents as a Motion Designer with a keen eye for good design and typography for social and digital platforms. The Designer will be responsible for maintaining branding and consistency among assets while adding appropriate creativity to design elements.

We’re looking for someone who is pro-active; a self-starter who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. Someone who has their finger on the pulse and is knowledgeable about current trends.

The perfect candidate will have impeccable creative vision who will continually learn and evolve the brand with current trends.

Responsibilities include:

Create video graphics/motion/animation assets that support product launches, videos, social campaigns and digital innovations
Concept video graphics/motion/animations from the storyboarding stage to graphic design to motion graphic animation
Proactively follow up on assets needed to get the job done to deliver on time at impeccable quality
Additional creative duties as assigned. Flexibility and a willing and positive attitude a must.
Develop best standards and practices for video graphics

Experience / Skills

Essential Skills:

A thirst for the latest video and motion graphic trends and a passion to continually innovate for the medium
Must have a keen knowledge of the competition
Candidate has their finger on the pulse and is passionate about the latest social media trends and ways to engage audiences.
Impeccable creative vision, design and typography skills
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills in a collaborative environment
Impeccable organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize projects to meet all deadlines


5-7 years graphic & motion design experience for campaigns, consumer facing videos, social videos and large format presentations
Experience in beauty or fashion a must
A reel or portfolio of commercial work demonstrating skills
Expert in After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and additional animation and editing tools.
Strong understanding of color management profile for videos
Exceptional organization and project management skills
Ability to efficiently work independently and as part of a team
Ability to mentor junior designers when needed
