The intern will support the feature films division by assisting with project reviewing and tracking, as well as other day-to-day operations of the department. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

-Reviewing and logging film/project submissions and summarizing these submissions in team meetings
-Assisting with preparations for summer film festivals and events
-Attending A&E IndieFilms events and screenings and providing assistance on the ground
-Sitting in on pitch meetings when appropriate
-Staying informed about major developments in the industry by reading the trades on a regular basis
-Assisting with research and other duties for special projects as needed

Qualification Requirements

Junior, senior or graduate students who are currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and legally eligible to work in the U.S. may apply. Should an opportunity be extended to you, you will be required to submit verification of your legal right to work in the U.S. at the time of your arrival. Student must have a demonstrated interest in the industry and/or specific area of interest (i.e., marketing), as exemplified through past work experience, internships and/or major course of study and preferably a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
