What You’ll Do

-The Creative Specialist is a creative storyteller who works within a team charged with growing
the business across a broad and diverse portfolio of Twitter’s high potential growth accounts.
-The Creative Specialist’s role is to help articulate ideas, creative solutions and Twitter ad
products in a visually arresting manner, bringing them to life through sight, sound and motion.
-This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of driven & experienced
sales and marketing professionals in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing
-The ideal candidate is ambitious and seeks a challenging work environment, motivated by a fast-paced, always-on, start-up mentality.

Who You Are

The Creative Specialist should possess strong creative and design skills, as well as significant experience crafting compelling storylines. You have experience building pitch materials, bringing to life ad products visually, mapping out the stages of an idea using Twitter UX, and creating
narratives and case studies. Additionally, the Creative Specialist enjoys joining in brainstorming sessions internally with team members with the overarching goals of distilling objectives and developing marketing solutions that help our top advertisers succeed on Twitter and beyond.

-Ability to design cohesive sets of slides, templates, and visuals for presentations
-Strong design/formatting aesthetic
-Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities
-Innovative approach to problem solving and storytelling, with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to Twitter and client brand standards
-Team player, with the ability to build internal networks to accomplish goals through collaboration across multiple teams
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment; juggle multiple projects and priorities with multiple stakeholders
-Build relationships within Twitter’s sales organization and across Twitter’s broader design community
-Connect with Creative Specialists in Twitter offices around the world to share & learn from other regions
-Propose new ideas to showcase content and creative solutions that bring ideas to life for Twitter’s clients
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


-BA/BS degree
-2-4 years experience in marketing, sales marketing, sales development, or a related sales support function
-Exceptional Keynote skills
-Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite
-Online/digital experience, preferably in social media
-Experience building custom presentations
