Oversee social media and content, advocating the brand while ensuring the best customer experience possible across online communities.

-Manage social media marketing strategy and execution across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, proprietary blog and all other social mediums
-Drive best-in-class social meeting strategy across all social channels, through new ideas/strategies, seamless execution and constant evolution based on learnings
-Develop and execute seasonal and/or campaign strategies, through partnership with brand marketing, creative, eCommerce and merchant teams
-Develop and execute ideas to increase engagement and follower base through social media, stores and grassroots efforts
-Develop and maintain annual, seasonal, monthly and daily strategies and calendars for content across all channels
-Coordinate cross-functional relationships, including ecommerce, customer service, merchants and store ops to maximize customer experience and ensure strategy and content is meeting company objectives
-Manage social media coordinators to ensure seamless and execution and monitoring of all social media channels
-Track social channels monthly and by campaign, providing detailed findings and learnings to improve future executions
-Analyze competition in specialty retail and best in class brands for our demographic, providing recommendations for improving our social media strategies
-Stay up to date on social media trends and new platforms

Experience / Skills


-5+ years experience in social media, marketing, advertising and/or digital
-Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and partner across many functional teams and levels within the organization
-Retail or advertising experience a plus
-Highly organized and strong project management skills
-Ability to work with multiple partners and manage multiple day to day activities
