Live Events, Associate Producer

The University of Notre Dame is accepting applications for a Live Events, Associate Producer.

The Associate Producer, Live Events is responsible for producing live events for both video board and digital broadcast platforms for the University of Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Media Live Events team. Additionally, this individual will be part of a live production team delivering best-in-class atmosphere and exepriences for sporting events at the University of Notre Dame. Responsibilities included but not limited to creating and executing creative ideas and concepts. This would include video features, pump videos, intro videos, highlights, headshots, graphics, logos, interviews, etc. In addition, this position will have a heavy emphasis on 2D & 3D graphics creation for video boards for multiple venues and sports. This role will perform as part of a team to deliver compelling live broadcast stories and entertaining game presentation. Collaboration with multiple internal and/or external constituent groups such as Marketing, Team Operations, Facilities, Guest Relations, AV Tech, VenueND and ND Studios is required. Intergrating social media platforms and other emerging technologies is encouraged. The AP will help define both the production strategy and high level goals for the live event he or she is executing. Results of work will be to entertain and engage spectators while also motivating Notre Dame athletic teams by creating compelling content. Experience in graphics and live production is a plus. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree (4 year).

1 to 2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in video production or related field.
