We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent! Bloom Ads is currently seeking a Creative Content Coordinator to add to our growing creative team. The Creative Content Coordinator plays an essential role building social strategies for both the agency and our clients. You will establish and maintain an effective marketing communication outreach via graphic design elements to be used in online and offline execution.
You will work directly with and support the Digital and Integrated teams to assist them in their roles in all advertising, marketing and business efforts. Qualified candidates must have experience creating, developing and executing cross-channel ad units and have an eye for detail; ensuring work is client-ready and exceeds client expectations. The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented and savvy on all social media platforms.
-Responsible for social listening to stay ahead of social trends on all social platforms and optimizing content towards engagement
-Responsible for coordinating all design elements as well as assisting with maintenance and monitoring of agency and clients’ social media channels
-Design of agency and client collateral, signage and other messaging assets
-Create and maintain content calendars
-Manage and monitor social media campaigns and day‑to‑day activities with digital team
-Assist with execution of key in-season special events and promotional activities
-Create and design assets for marketing projects, graphic design projects and website changes
-Copywriting, tag lines and creative content development
Experience / Skills
Requirements for Consideration
-2 or 4 year college graduate
-Expert on Power Point and/or Key Note
-Experience in graphic design and photo editing software such as Adobe -Creative Suite products G
-Experience with video editing and production software such as Adobe Creative Suite products preferred
-Extraordinarily detail oriented
-Excellent planning skills, strong organizational skills
-Good communication (written and verbal) skills
