Develops and designs the corporate aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials, packaging and/or training materials. Enhances product presentation or adult learning materials usability. Collaborates with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects. Assesses effectiveness of product imagery and presentation needs. Manages relationships with external sources relating to design issues. Leads information gathering sessions with marketing, sales and other departments to support company-wide creative objectives. Provides creative leadership on issues relevant to technical graphic design. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
-Manage design and creation of all creative content for retail front line web based trainings.
-Update material in trainings and promotion communication with creative design.
-Support Training team with all graphic design tasks

Experience / Skills

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high-school
-Two years experience working with industry relevant multimedia software
-Two years graphic design experience
