THUMBWAR is a creative technical consulting company based in Los Angeles. We work with high-end brands such as CBS, E!, Turner Sports, Estee Lauder, and Fox Sports.

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant’s main responsibility is supporting the needs of our CEO and CFO, and keeping our office and our projects moving forward in an organized and efficient manner. This typically involves organizing and collecting items for shipping, tracking shipments and calendars, reviewing budgets and spreadsheets, depositing checks, organizing expense reports, facilitating and starting conference calls, booking travel, and coordinating pickups & deliveries. You’ll also be doing general office admin & assistant tasks, such as ordering lunches, keeping supplies on hand, in-town errands, and making sure the office is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, self motivated and possess a strong desire to discover and learn new technologies and concepts. The ideal candidate is personable and works well with others and finds challenges like plans that change at the last minute exciting. We’re always ready, but our clients are always changing the plan at the last minute.

Compensation will be based on experience with a competitive pay package, full benefits after a probationary period and generous a time off allowance. This position has potential for future advancement.

Experience / Skills

This job is an office-job based in Los Angeles. You’ll need to have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check -- as well as the ability to lift and move (sometimes heavy) cases and boxes. You’ll also need to have a familiarity with Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Drive, and 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role.
