We're a small video production team based in Manhattan looking to bring on a full time Project Coordinator to help with ongoing projects. This would be an office based position with some time spent on location during shoots. Your role would involve scheduling, contacting crews / actors, managing deliverables, schedules, and freelancers. You will help with specific projects, as well as the overall day to day operation of our production pipeline from pre through post.

This position may start as a contract role for a couple months and then change to full time in order to make sure it's the best fit for both parties.
Experience / Skills
-2 to 3 years experience in production required. Supervisory experience is a plus.
-Experience working on video sets is a must. The more you know about pre through post production, the better you can assist with managing those processes.
-Knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign, Office, and Premiere are all advantageous.
