Wyndham Destinations is seeking a dynamic,Video Editor, Motion Graphic Artist, Videographer to make our globally recognized vacation brands come to life. A deep understanding of videography, editing, and motion graphics are the baseline for this role within our Brand Strategy group. This person must be a visionary and possess a keen ability to bring storytelling to life through video. The role involves a wide variety of video needs, from corporate leadership interviews, resort shoots, educational series, social media videos, cinemographs and mini commercials. This means you’ll need to be a “jack of all trades,” and a highly inventive storyteller. As Videographer/Editor, you will be a key member of our talented in-house brand team creating visually
engaging video content that inspires our customers to travel. You must also be a highly collaborative creative since you’ll work closely with brand managers, and content marketers to help shape Wyndham’s global portfolio of brands. There will also be frequent opportunities to create video presentations and articulate the vision.

This role will report directly to Wyndham’s Executive Creative Director of global brands. We’re looking for an individual with exceptional camera experience, storytelling, mastery of motion graphics, visual effects, animation, and all facets of postproduction. You must have the ability to handle the demands of various production schedules and devote the necessary time and resources to meet deadlines. Essential Job Functions

-Provide topnotch DP and editorial content to a wide variety of projects from video shorts to mindocs, to interviews, educational series and cinemagraphs.
-Editing, audio, color correcting, and motion graphic design, guaranteeing a high production value.
-Help establish efficient workflows and build a library of reusable, teachable motion graphics elements
-Help produce as well as manage postproduction
schedules and timelines
-Manage the workload and overall output for postproduction
-Conduct edit sessions with Executive Creative Director as well as Brand Managers and the Senior Leadership Team and corporate partners to be able to quickly edit on the fly in high pressure situations

Experience / Skills


-BS/BA degree required.
-Film and television related degree (animation, art, or closely related)
Professional experience
-Mastery behind the lens, DP, motion graphics, visual effects, animation, and all facets of post-production
-Proven ability to bring out the human side of all stories --from funny to emotional to professional
-Knowledge of current industry trends and new technologies
-5-7+ years of experience working in a production studio/advertising/marketing agency
-Able to create elements such as particles, lighting effects, vector shapes and 3D objects to composite into footage
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media -Encoder, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator with experience in Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve as well as host of plugins including Pluraleyes, Digital Anarchy deflicker and Neat Noise reduction
-Experience across channels (digital, social, broadcast, presenter) Skills
-Strong portfolio that shows excellence in art direction, storytelling and editing. Please be prepared to discuss the process of your portfolio pieces, giving us a clear indication of your specific responsibilities, and output in each.
-Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively between departments
-Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels throughout organization
