The purpose of this role is to manage the entirety of external and internal communication projects from end-to-end to effectively portray Lowe's values and business initiatives. This position consults with executives and business partners to develop and create communication plans that craft a message that builds Lowe's positive branding and communicates effectively its value.


-Manages a variety of external and internal projects, ultimately tasked with the responsibility of effectively communicating the message of Lowe's and the purpose, values, and culture of the brand
-Collaborates across the functions of the business to develop and maintain the highest visibility communications projects and change adoption plans for a variety of stakeholders and purposes across a number of platforms
-Consults with executives and multiple business partners to create innovative and creative messages that effectively capture the target audience and ensure that the consistency of messaging accurately reflects Lowe's brand across all functions
-Produces high-level communications seen across a plethora of messaging channels including, but not limited to, intranets, social media, executive interviews, large scale live events, social responsibility report and Investor Relations content, etc.
-Crafts through writing, videography, sound design, editing, graphic design or photography, the digital content used both in external and internal forums, conceptualizing and managing all aspects from end-to-end of the production process.
-Partners with internal and external groups to manage communications, project plans, budgets and resources that align with the company’s strategy and fit the client’s business needs
-Manages external agencies and resources as well as the corresponding budget
-Writes executive messages and coaches executives on camera presentations

Experience / Skills

Required Education/Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Business Administration or related field
-7+ years in Excellent writer, digital content creator and
-Experience in Adobe, After Effects, Photoshop, various video technologies


-Experience in a corporate communications business environment and in news or content creation for an agency
