The PA/Producer’s role will be to take care of all logistics and coordination for a Creative Director/Designer and his assistants (x4)
*Coordinate Creative Director and team's travel and logistics. Including compiling and sending team's daily schedules
*Coordinate team's needs (rails, lighting, fit models etc) when necessary book studio, catering and client’s needs.
*Liaise with producer on all coordination and logistic for shoots.
*Support team with receipts and coordinate with CFO on expenses billing
*Daily running of the office (Computer, printer, insurance etc).
*Manage the archives of books and reference materials
*Personal diary management for Creative Director (doctor's appointments etc)
*Liase with contractor's of Creative Director's house project.
*Organise Creative Director's personal holidays
Experience / Skills
*Be able to foresee and resolve problems before they occur.
