We’re looking for an intermediate to advanced level Adobe Premiere Editor with a great attitude and a passion to do amazing work. You will be working alongside our existing team of editors, motion graphic designers, and producers to edit videos of all shapes and sizes for top global brands. Please note: This is a temp-to-perm position, starting as freelance.
--Edit branded content (micro docs, short narratives, BTS, etc) for digital distribution, as well as sizzle/highlight reels, and internal and external-facing PR videos.
--Take creative risks to create video content that both stands out and delivers on client requests.
--Work closely with producers, editors, and motion graphics artists to translate client asks and generate engaging content.
--Ingest, log, transcode, and sync footage. Also, manage proxy workflows when necessary.
--Organize footage and other project assets in a clear and professional manner.
--Perform basic color correction, sound mixing, and final encoding for all videos.

Experience / Skills
--4-8 years minimum professional experience editing in a digital post-production environment.
--Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere including knowledge of codecs, frame rates, compression settings, etc.
--Very strong attention to detail, organization, and media management.
--Ability to shift gears quickly and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
--Must be reliable and have the ability to mange your own time to meet deadlines.
--Desire to always be learning and to discover new and innovative video editing techniques and resources.
--Good sense of tempo and rhythm and the ability to cut everything from fast paced montages to talking head interviews.
--Desire to be a part of our collaborative team.
--Driven but down-to-earth personality, self-aware, self-motivated, dependable, friendly, and professional.
--Must be comfortable working in a boutique agency environment with 15-20 employees.
