Gramercy Post, a New York City audio post production studio, is looking for a TEMP office coordinator: someone to help keep the wheels on the wagon and everything running smoothly on a day-to-day basis for four (4) weeks.

Some responsibilities include:
- Answering phones & doors
- Facility maintenance (ensuring the studio is attractive, comfortable, and well-functioning)
- Helping keep our awesome clients happy :)
- Light scheduling & calendar management
- Assisting with basic administrative responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned

The only explicit requirements for this position are someone who is a) personable and b) a good communicator. Ideally this person will be familiar with the entertainment industry, preferably in a audio post or TV setting.

Compensation will be $200/day; position is TEMP, and hire will receive a W2. We are looking for someone who can start mid-next week!!

A bit more info about us: we’re a small studio (3 full-time engineers with a regular cohort of interns, outside engineers, and freelancers) providing high-quality, highly responsive mixing since 2004. We work on long-form television series, short-form advertising, movie trailers, film… and anything else our clients want to make sound great! We also have two recording booths for voiceover recording and voiceover casting.
