Do you have a background in TV production and a passion for digital learning? AETN seeks an experienced broadcast producer manager who can take control of a complex video-centric course building operation as our Assistant Director of Education.

In this role, the Assistant Director of Education will lead cross-functional teams in course building, content creation, video pre-& post-production, and EdTech LMS functions. You will participate in the design and production of long-form educational video courses, short-form digital series, and documentaries to meet the needs of our clients and the mission of AETN.

Experience / Skills

We are looking for someone who can tell stories through video while maintaining a constant curiosity around learning. Someone who can coordinate with executives, creative teams, educational stakeholders and production personnel to establish and meet project expectations and goals. A person with strong, demonstrable broadcasting operational experience in scheduling, project management and, experience working with video, design, TV Production, and post-production. Must have a valid driver’s license, a bachelor’s degree, plus five (5) years of experience in the related areas of program management, EdTech, broadcast production, videography or digital post-production, including two years in a supervisory capacity. Additional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
